Senders post their delivery requirements, nearby drivers accept the job, and receivers track and confirm delivery — all in real time through our mobile app. Payment is held securely in escrow until delivery is confirmed, ensuring safety for everyone.
Delivery pricing is transparent and tiered by item size and service level. Basic deliveries (small items up to 10 lbs) start at $5. Standard (medium items up to 30 lbs) is $10. Premium (large items up to 100 lbs) with white-glove handling is $15. You'll always see the full price before confirming your booking — no surprise fees.
If a delivery is delayed beyond the agreed window, you'll receive automatic notifications with updated ETAs. For significant delays (more than 2 hours), you have the option to cancel for a full refund. Our support team is available 24/7 to mediate any disputes. Yes. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup receive a full refund with no fee. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup may incur a small cancellation fee (up to $2) to compensate the driver for lost time. Once a pickup has been confirmed by the driver and the item is in transit, cancellation is not available, but delivery disputes can be raised through support.
Drivers set their own prices when creating a run and keep the majority of each delivery fee. LoadBox takes a small platform fee (15%) per completed delivery. Earnings are transferred to your linked bank account within 24 hours after delivery confirmation, with instant cashout available for a small fee. Top-rated drivers also unlock bonus opportunities and premium routes.
If there's a problem — damaged item, wrong delivery, or missing package — contact our support team immediately through the app or at support@loadbox.app. We have a structured dispute resolution process and aim to resolve all issues within 24 hours. For Premium tier users, a dedicated account manager handles your dispute directly. Escalated cases are reviewed within 48 hours.
Yes! All deliveries are covered by LoadBox's basic protection policy up to $100 at no extra cost. Premium tier deliveries include enhanced coverage up to $500.
